Drew is a Certified Public Accountant with over 10 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in employee benefit plan audits of small, mid-sized, and large retirement plans.

He has worked on 401(k) audits across a range of industries and is involved in all stages of the process working directly with plan sponsors, third-party administrators, and financial institutions. He enjoys performing employee benefit plan audits as they provide an opportunity to help plan sponsors navigate complex regulatory requirements while protecting the retirement benefits of plan participants. He particularly enjoys assisting organizations through their first audit, helping them understand the process, identify required documentation, and establish procedures that can improve efficiency in future years.

In addition to performing audits, Drew works with plan sponsors to address operational and compliance issues that may arise during the engagement. Whether assisting with corrective actions, coordinating with service providers, or helping clients understand ERISA and Department of Labor requirements, his goal is to make the audit process as efficient and transparent as possible while maintaining a strong focus on audit quality.

Drew is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center (EBPAQC), which promotes audit quality standards for employee benefit plan engagements, with specialized expertise in ERISA compliance and DOL audit requirements.

Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.
